STATE LEGISLATIVE AGENDA

1. Parental notification

This bill was passed and signed into law, but was shot down by the NJ Supreme Court - as unconstitutional.

NJ Christian Coalition is gathering names on a petition to amend the constitution. Overwhelmingly New Jerseyians want to have parents involved in this significant decision that impacts their daughters.
